Level Crossing
We Have had a meeting with network rail & Norman lamb our local MP to discuss the future of our railway crossing. We are happy to announce that all went well and the crossing will remain open, if you do use the crossing we can not stress enough how important it is that you must use the telephone & wait for permission to cross. If you do have a large vehicle over 6ft meaning you are unable to use the entrance under the bridge, we do have an alternative route into Sheringham via Nelson Road (follow the roadway up past the maintenance shed to the gateway next to the white house). This will help keep the level crossing traffic to a minimum.
